In Autumn, year 1987, Mrs. Huong Ngo started her very first business at a small house in Hanoi’s old quarter, selling handicrafts and traditional souvenirs. At that time, those products were mainly used for decoration, also as gifts and a piece of memory that tourists love to bring back home after visiting Vietnam.
Three years later, Huong realized that her custormers shown a special interest in jewelries. Since then, she discovered her deep passion for sterling silver and her will to create a signature brand name. Her goal was to bring value to every single client who came to visit the store with unique designs.
In 2009, she opened another showroom in Pho Hue Street. This time, the store owns a broaden atmosphere with a wider range of products instead of being small and cozy like the first one in Hang Ngang Street. What’s more, Mrs. Huong Ngo also opened an art gallery next to the jewelry showroom. This is the place for customers not only come to shop but also have space to enjoy and relax. Here, Huong’s Jewellery was honored to hold many annual events by Hanoi International Women’s Club and other special occasions.
Having a long 27-year journey of learning from experience and customers, Huong’s Jewellery continues to serve at its best to maintain customer relationships in order to develop a sustainable business.
